Cancellation Policy

Every air traveler may have faced cancellations and changes in the bookings. A number of rules and regulations are needed to be followed for the same. These may occur due to many political and social issues which may depend on the climatic or environmental conditions.

These conditions are managed but most of the time there is no option left except the cancellation when things go out of control. If there is a genuine unavoidable reason, then only the tickets are canceled.

In case there is any kind of cancellation occurs in the schedule, we also have to make an “Important Change”. This type of change is made before your departure according to your information. We may have some dominant effect on your confirmed trip on the basis of those details.

We provide all the information to our clients ASAP whenever there is a need to make an important change or cancellation. Along with that, we provide details of other routes or dates within the same budget standard as per the comfort and convenience of our customers.

We will provide the passengers the following options before departure:

  • Acceptance of changed adjustments or
  • Depending on the airline, we will take full efforts to provide you the full refund of all the cost. This is the same amount that you have paid in case of cancellation of flights of the respective airline.
  • Instead of your original booking, you can buy the alternative trip of the same standard. We will definitely help you to avail compensation or refund of your existing booking. If you don’t like the option, then you can pick the other options available as per your situation.

The above-mentioned rules are applicable to adult travelers only and it will not consider any other passengers like infants and minors.

We won’t be able to provide you any type of compensation or refund in case the airlines make changes or cancellation under the circumstances which are not in control. Hence the points mentioned above don’t go with this.

In case of an emergency, we can also discuss your situation with the airlines on your behalf. By understanding your needs, we can request the airline to provide you reimbursement. But this is totally uncertain. We can’t promise that you will get the refund and compensation as the whole decision depends on the airlines.

There are also changes and cancellations occur due to your failure to abide by the need of the bookings such as not paying on time then we cannot do any help for that.


You must aware of the fact that most of the vacation packages and air tickets are non-refundable. You can proceed to the required cancellation over a phone only.

As soon as you submit your cancellation request to our customer care executives, we will send you an email notification acknowledging your request. But, the email does not mean that you are qualified for the refund.

We have to work with the airline or other related suppliers based on the rules of fare to create a waiver. We can only process your refund if the fare rules allow us to do so as cancellation depends on that. The time period of 4 to 6 business weeks is linked with the payment of refunds as minimum time.
